His stated position is the morally reprehensible position that if you are black you are, or soon will be a criminal. Period. No questions asked. His position isn't that some black people are criminals, it is that all of them are. ? If this was done crime would increase in another race such as white people. According to data they have the biggest percentage number of persons on welfare. The majority of these  people  live in poverty and  crime is the result of poverty. There is "at least" weighing in on his comment. Besides this country belong to the Indians anyway. II  do aagree that education is the factor in al races .
